Description: Nirvana | Stress-Relief | Deep meditation | Relaxation | Isochronic Tones | This is meditation to assist us to getting into a deeper meditation. Getting a profoundly deep meditation is so important to us. Move into a trance-like state. Many of us suffer from anxiety and stress. This is a meditation using Delta Isochronic Tones and added rain sounds to move you into a deep and healing sleep meditation. It aims to relax your mind and body so that your ability to move into a deeper meditation is enhanced. Close your eyes and relax as you drift into a deep meditation that will relieve your anxiety. This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones. However, because we use Isochronic Tones it is not necessary. Once again, this is not a replacement for medical treatment. If you suffer from epilepsy or are taking medicine or drugs, then seek advice from your medical practitioner prior to using.
